Nirupa Sejpal

Nirupa Sejpal, founder and President of The H4H Foundation- Hope, Help & Healing for Humanity, has a passion for philanthropy and has provided aid to children & families across the globe. After decades of notable charity work and a career in social services, she started The H4H Foundation in 2021 with a desire to advocate for children who have been abused, abandoned, and/or neglected. Her goal was to give kids who had endured unthinkable trauma, support through unique experiences. Her mission quickly grew and the support for children and families spread amongst low-income communities in Southern California. In its first few years, H4H has provided support to Afgan families seeking refugee in Orange County, CA., community college students experiencing homelessness, foster youth in residential treatment facilities, low-income families, Human Trafficking Survivors, teen moms, runaway teens placed in emergency shelters and young female scholars in India.

Nirupa is also a member of other charitable organizations. Including the South Asian Helpline and Referral Agency (SAHARA), an organization she dedicated 10 years to assisting South Asian survivors of domestic violence in Southern California. Nirupa was born and raised in East Africa and went to school in Mumbai. She earned her undergraduate degree at Whittier College and a Master’s in Social Work.
